Family run Birding Andalucía, based near Vejer de la Frontera, has specialised in bird tours and short birding holidays since 2004. We offer a range of set tours and offer bespoke tours, catering for any specific habitats or birds that you would like to see.
There are over 400 resident or visiting species of bird located in this most southerly corner of Spain. This provides superb year round interest as well as truly spectacular spring and autumn migration periods.

Set Tours
Day Tours - Typically, day tours start at 09:00 and depending upon your requirements and the time of the year will include visits to the La Janda wetlands, the saltmarshes of Barbate, the sandy beaches and offshore areas around Tarifa and the Alcornocales Parque Natural. We return at approximately 17:00.Vejer.

Coto Donana Parque Natural Specialities - By popular demand we are pleased to offer day tours starting at 08:00 to this fabulous area alongside the East Bank of the Rio Guadalquivir. The vast saltpans, freshwater marshes and pine forests of this site allow you to see most if not all of the birds found in the adjacent Donana Parque National returning at 17:00.
Price – 170 Euros (Up to three people & includes packed lunch)
Night Bird Tour Extension - Birding Andalucia offer a nightbird extension during the breeding season which focus’s on Eurasian Scops Owl, Eurasian Eagle Owl and Red-necked Nightjar. Start time varies, but typically 30 minutes before dusk and returning to Venta Pinto 2 or 3 hours later.
